Ordering Information:

When you are ready to order you may choose either our secure online order form option - located at the bottom of each design page or our mail in order form option.  Our secure order form utilizes PayPal transaction services, and enables us to receive payments via credit card or eCheck.  This ensures the safety of your personal data including your charge card number when sent across the web.  We have the highest degree of faith in this technology, but if you would prefer, you can select our mail in order form option.

Additional sets of your plans may be ordered within 30 days of your original purchase date.  Any additional orders placed after that date will be considered a new order.

Upon receipt of your order, your plans will be sent by United States Mail within 2 business days.  If you require other shipping arraignments, please call us at (207) 767-1102

Damage in Transit:

If you do receive a damaged item, sign the receipt and write "Damaged" next to your signature.  If you suspect the package is damaged but have not yet opened it, ask the delivery person to give you an opportunity to physically inspect the package in their presence.  If that is not possible, save the carton and all packing materials for inspection by the shipping company.  In any case, please contact Maine Coast Cottage Co. and we will reship your order and resolve the situation as soon as possible.

Product Availability:

In the unlikely even that an item you wish to order is temporarily unavailable, we will notify you in writing or e-mail.  Unless you tell us otherwise, we will ship your ordered item as soon as possible.  

Returned Shipments:

If an order is returned to us by the shipping company, either because no one was home to accept delivery, or any other reason, please be aware that we will be unable to credit shipping charges on any returned orders.

When You Order:

• To secure cost estimates from your builder and begin construction, we suggest a five set package as a minimum.  You may require additional sets depending on lender or subcontractor requirements.
